Location: Bon Secours Outpatient Behavioral Clinic at Memorial Regional Medical Center
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (No evenings or weekends)

As we enter an exciting phase of growth and development, we seek a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our Ambulatory Behavioral Health team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment that values innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an average caseload of 10-15 patients per day, providing short-term solution-focused therapy as well as longer-term therapeutic support as appropriate.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions in-person, focusing on the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate closely with Behavioral Health providers to enhance continuity of care and improve patient satisfaction through integrated services.
  • Serve as a resource for community-based support, promoting optimal health and well-being among patients.
  • Inherit an established caseload and receive new patient referrals from Bon Secours Primary Care and Specialty Provider practices.

Qualifications:

  • Active Virginia license and DEA registration required.
  • Board Certified; a minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, though new graduates with a strong commitment to professional growth are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated ability to treat patients with dignity and respect, in alignment with our holistic care philosophy.
