Compensation: $109,054 - $115,697 / year
Description- Creates and implements management systems for the tracking, reporting and payments for the multiple and varied utility and federal energy contracts.
- Supervises and directs Business Operations unit staff on all functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, contract review and execution, and developing scopes of work.
- Develops solutions for streamlined fiscal processing and accounting.
- Works across program teams to ensure invoicing/reporting is processed in a timely manner.
- Oversees program reporting, in conformance with funding source guidelines with backup data appropriate to funding source.
- Ensures contracts are executed and up to date with all program vendors and sub grantees.
- Enhances and manages vendor payment system, aligned with agency fiscal department, for timely processing of all vendor invoices and directs designated staff for that function.
- Anticipate changing needs of team and department to provide recommendations to leadership teams regarding risks, opportunities to create operational efficiencies at scale.
- Schedule, coordinate and attend relevant meetings, trainings and conference related to energy efficiency programs.
- Participate in responses to Requests for Proposals on future funding opportunities that further the mission of the agency and goals of the department.
- Prepare reports and assemble data as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseMinimum of a Bachelor's Degree in business, administration, or related field, and at least 5 years experience in business operations, program administration, or similar role is required.
Previous supervisory and leadership experience is required.
