Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Product Management to join our Data Products team. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and transforming our data assets to drive the next generation of advertising solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data management, governance, and application in machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize our ad stack.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Strategy Development: Define and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business objectives and product vision.
- Data Governance: Establish robust data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
- Product Management: Oversee the development and management of data products, including data types, formats, and potential use cases.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to make data accessible across the organization and drive data integration into various product lines.
- Vision for ML and AI: Develop and implement a vision for leveraging ML and AI technologies to process data and enhance the ad stack.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure the delivery of valuable data solutions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a Data Products role, with significant experience in the CTV, streaming content, online display, or video media industries. 5-10 years of Product Management experience
- Expertise: Proven expertise in managing effective product groups and delivering data-driven solutions in Agile Product Management processes.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data management, data governance, and data integration technologies.
- ML and AI Knowledge: Experience with machine learning and AI applications in data processing and advertising technology.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving strategic goals.
- Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Product Management
