Elementary Teacher Needed
Aleutians East Borough School District is seeking applicants for an Elementary Teacher. We have small class sizes and close communities, and we are looking to welcome talented educators to be a part of our team.
Community Information :
Our villages are fishing communities, with air service 6 days per week. In addition, the Alaska Marine Highway provides ferry service during spring and summer. Barges provide freight service on a weekly basis from Seattle. Outdoor recreation includes hiking, biking, fishing, whale watching, and hunting. Our schools are the heart of our villages, and are often the meeting place for events and gatherings for out tight knit communities.
