Utilization of developmentally appropriate practices is an expectation. The teacher will create an environment that facilitates learning, personal growth, and care. The teacher is expected to establish positive working relationships with all staff members as well as parents.nnESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS: 1.
