As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you'll be a key player in fostering growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Your tasks will include designing and executing marketing processes, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and ensuring optimal system performance. You'll leverage Marketo's capabilities for campaign executions, dive deep into data to identify emerging trends, and provide insights that optimize strategies and drive growth. Collaborating cross-functionally, you'll spearhead data-driven strategies, monitor performance, and ensure initiatives deliver impactful results.
What you'll do:- Oversee crucial marketing systems (Marketo, Bizible, Salesforce) for lead generation, distribution, and reporting
- Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns aligned with industry standards
- Analyze data to derive insights for refining marketing strategies and campaigns. Create insightful metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, impact, and effectiveness
- Implement scalable processes that adhere to best practices in campaign and lead management. Assess new technologies and applications to enhance the marketing team's performance
- Develop robust KPIs and scorecards to monitor marketing performance. Explore data for trends, identify KPIs, and conduct hypothesis testing
- Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies. Present analysis and findings effectively to various audiences
- Manage daily marketing activities encompassing campaign management, data analysis, and project coordination
- Collaborate with the technology team to design applications that streamline marketing operations and amplify campaign distribution
What you'll bring:- 2-4 years of experience as a Marketing Operations Analyst or similar role
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, especially in advanced Excel
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platforms like Marketo and CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and other data programming skills is often essential.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement, especially within SaaS companies
- Ability to interpret data effectively and communicate findings clearly
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills in Tableau or similar Business Intelligence tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities, with a focus on independent decision-making and project management
- Ability to manage details while maintaining a broad perspective and focusing on multiple objectives
- Commitment to fostering teamwork, cooperation, and conflict resolution to achieve organizational goals
