YOUR MISSION

As a Backend Developer, your primary role is to guide the company in effectively managing its information flows by developing custom solutions that align with its business operations. You will be responsible for integrating web services related to our internal projects, supporting our service and project teams. Additionally, you will be tasked with analyzing requirements, recommending appropriate technological solutions, developing them, and ensuring ongoing maintenance and improvement of the implemented systems.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze the structural requirements of the organization and recommend efficient solutions
• Draft comprehensive specifications based on the company's needs
• Test and implement software solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
• Integrate the ERP with other Systems used by the company (Project Management, HR and Finance)
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to internal clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement appropriate solutions
• Propose and implement enhancements to the integrations that have been established
• Document business processes and system configurations for future reference and training purposes
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.

YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES

• Web Services Development and working with APIs (Wrike, Talentsoft, Netsuite, Vena, SolarWinds)
• Databases (SQL/PL-SQL), BigQuery (nice to have), data retrieval/manipulation
• Scripting Languages: Python and JavaScript/Java (3+ years, highly recommended)
• Reporting tools (PowerBI or similar)
• Bilingual, intermediate French and English required
• Knowledge and / or interest in the AI field.
• Nice to have:
• Experience with Integration platforms like Celigo, Boomi, or Workato (major asset)
• Proficiency in working in version control systems (Gitlab, GitHub)
• Knowledge of web security practices and protocols.
