Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in aligning departmental objectives and requirements for investment decisions across the compartmented IT ecosystem, while providing guidance and recommendations for the development and use of Enterprise Architecture.
- Work collaboratively with the Cyber Team to assist with the development of cyber security architecture and designs of enterprise IT Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) security solutions into geographically discrete data centers.
- Compile and provide the necessary level of technical standards/ rules to direct the development of repeatable standardized, interoperable, and consistent solutions/ implementations across compartmented.
- Conduct design and discovery workshops with multiple stakeholders.
- Produce solutions that balance business requirements with information and cyber security requirements.
- Identify design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and endorse changes or enhancements.
- Confirm the mapping of data elements provided by COTS products to the Logical Data Model.
- Lead and/or support the development of solution product costs for procurement.
- Partner internally to develop strategic architecture, engineering, and systems integration plans.
- Deliver reporting, feedback, and project risk/opportunity management to senior leadership as required.
Required Skills: - Candidates must possess an active TS clearance with SCI.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience related to the execution and management of large-scale Information Technology (IT) Projects. This includes a requirement of at least two years of direct experience in leading and executing enterprise-wide IT solutions in the private or public sector.
- 5+ years of DoD Information Technology Experience.
- 5+ years of IT Enterprise Architecture Experience.
- 3+ years of supporting policy development and requirements generation.
- Experience using Enterprise Architecture Frameworks such as DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) and developing EA artifacts under the standard defined by these frameworks.
- Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
- Cameo/NoMagic or other EA modeling tools.
Desired Skills: - Desired experience working with Special Access Programs, the OSD, Joint Staff or Service Staff level.
- Demonstrated technical track record with proven experience developing data security standard.
- Experience leveraging business understanding and experience to effectively prioritize the team and project activities.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, partners, internal staff, and business associates, to ensure proper project definition, implementation, and monitoring.
- Contributes to CDO's Data security strategy development and ensures appropriate focus and alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex security data models and analysis into simple and actionable components.
- Experience with performing CDO analysis, process analysis, and requirements analysis.
- Experience implementing multiple types of technical solutions using COTS solutions in complex and heterogeneous IT data centers and commercial cloud providers.
- Extensive experience in architecting, designing, engineering, and integrating a wide range of enterprise technologies, including cloud platforms, network switches/routers, identity and access management, mobile security, SIEM, etc.
- Understanding of two or more of these IT/Security functions; identity and access management, networking, and system engineering and application development.
- Lead Enterprise Architecture IT solution activities from cradle to grave. • Familiarity with emerging Cybersecurity, Cloud, or other IT technology trends.
- Experience understanding organizational needs, proposing solutions, and managing project execution efforts designed to deliver overall program benefits for Government Agencies.
- Experience collaborating with US Government Agencies and commercial entities to develop IT service program maturity in accordance with Federal IT mandates and best practices.
- Experience in conducting assessments of an Enterprise by reviewing technical documentations, conducting interviews and workshops to identify gaps and develop tailored solutions is highly desired.
- Strong communications with all team members and customers.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with varying audiences.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
