Job Summary The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and community engagement initiatives to enhance the facility's visibility, reputation, and market share. This role involves creating and managing marketing campaigns, fostering relationships with community partners, and ensuring the facility's services are well-promoted to prospective residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive occupancy and enhance the facility's brand presence.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and adjust plans as needed.
- Set and achieve marketing and community relations goals in alignment with the facility's overall objectives.
- Coordinate and execute events, open houses, and promotional activities to attract potential residents and their families.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
- Represent the facility at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to enhance community presence.
- Develop partnerships and sponsorships that benefit the facility and its residents.
- Manage internal communication strategies to keep staff informed and engaged with marketing and community initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and community relations activities using metrics and feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, community engagement, and other relevant metrics for senior management.
- Develop and manage the marketing and community relations budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Track expenditures and ensure that all marketing activities are within budget.
