CLA is currently seeking a Director of Product Management: This role is responsible for strategic direction and a vision for a range of products, turning that vision into user experiences, business needs, and concrete results that product managers at CLA can oversee. Provides strategic direction for product teams and ensure our products meet and exceed customer expectations. Identify opportunities to improve and expand the product portfolio through market research and customer feedback

How you'll create opportunities in this Director of Product Management role:
  • Establish, articulate, and champion a forward-looking vision and strategy for our in-house-developed products that align with company objectives.
  • Defines and delivers product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and communicating them across all levels of the organization.
  • Leveraging forecast market trends, identify potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Head the design team to develop intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces and experiences.
  • Reviewing and enhancing user journeys to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Directs the validation of product ideas with user testing, ensuring customer feedback is at the core of our design process.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT Product Owners, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.
  • Ensure IT Product Owners are effectively communicating and collaborating with their respective development teams.
  • Regularly review the progress of products in the pipeline, adjusting timelines and resources as necessary.
  • Work closely with business analysts to define and prioritize product requirements based on business goals, market research, and customer feedback .
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product strategies align with business needs.
  • Manage product performance using relevant KPIs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Communicate product strategies and updates to company leadership, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to gather insights and feedback.
  • Establish a continuous learning and improvement culture, ensuring the product team stays updated with the latest methodologies and best practices in product management.


What you will need:
• 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Recent experience in a product leadership role with a proven track record of providing leadership on complex/challenging technical product delivery required.
• Demonstrated ability to think broadly across multiple good viewpoints.
• Knowledge of application, infrastructure, organizational challenges, and obstacles as it relates to vetting, prototyping, and scaling solutions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and team-building skills, business judgment, and proven expertise in directing the efforts of agile teams
• Experience of strongly influencing product strategy at a senior level and leading organizational change
• Ability to continuously prioritize development based on business value and product strategy.
• Ability to create and foster consensus from the whole business for a coherent product vision
• Ability to estimate ROI for complex projects
• Experience defining and delivering product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and communicating them across all levels of the organization.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
