Basic cleaning equipment and supplies are provided by BCSPCA, but qualified candidates will need to supply their own tools.nnESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESnnPerforms all job duties in an efficient, positive, helpful manner with good internal customer service to staff and volunteers. Participates in and promotes BCSPCA safety programs. Willingly assists public in all aspects of BCSPCA programs. Shares information to enhance the public's knowledge of animal welfare, as well as their knowledge of the BCSPCA's mission and policies in a helpful, positive, and timely fashion.nProvides building maintenance at BCSPCA's Quakertown shelter. After gaining management approval, arrange for service personnel to fix issues that need professional attention. ie: hiring gutter cleaners, plumbers, etc.nManages BCSPCA vehicle maintenance: oil changes, inspections, recalls etc.nUpdates maintenance records for equipment, vehicles, building and grounds.nSchedules chores for and supervises community service volunteers.nSweep, mop and polish the floors in the lobby; clean rest rooms and offices.nAssist with organization of donation and supply storage areas.nAssist with morning cleaning of animal care areas if needed as assigned.
