OverviewNakupuna Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst II to provide performance analysis, data collection and analysis, and Backlog management supporting the execution of a large size, multi-year contract to the Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army (IPPS-A) Army Military Payroll (AMP). The Business Analyst II will be responsible for data collection, written analysis, and complex problem-solving in support of the AMP team. The Business Analyst will assist in writing Epics and Features as part of the Portfolio Operations Team. Collaboration with the various Agile Teams will be a common aspect of the position, and the Business Analyst will employ excellent writing skills across essential reports and will provide verbal input in meetings as necessary.

- Support Epic and Feature writing and management of Agile Release Train (ART) Backlog.
- Collecting data from agile teams, creating, maintaining, and delivering project metrics and data inputs to CDRLs if assigned to PM Team.
- Responsible for supporting agile data collection, administering and compiling reports if assigned to an Agile Team.
- Provides project coordination and analysis for managers.
- Performs work under general supervision.
- Handles moderately complex issues and problems.
- Refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
QualificationsEducation and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience within the federal government, DoD, Army, or IC and/or private sector preferred. PeopleSoft, Workday, or other ERP experience a plus.
Skills/Qualifications: Certifications in SAFe for Teams or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager preferred.
Clearance Requirements: This position requires a current Secret clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Work Location: Work location will be in Arlington, Virginia 2 days on-site with a hybrid option. Occasional travel may be required
