Summary Objective
Under limited supervision, provide expert consultation to senior executives, management, and employees in all people related matters including PARs, training & development, compensation, wellness administration, employee relations, work rules, work processes, and work activities. Work performed requires the application of technical knowledge in the broad field of personnel programs, employee training and development; pay and compensation, employee wellness administration; and employee relations activities. Also provides administrative work in managing and coordinating of the City's Human Resources Personnel programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources or other related fields and six (6) years of professional and progressively responsible experience working in a human resources function or any equivalent combination of training and experience. .
A valid Florida driver's license is required.
