Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Operations Manager with a strong background in HR and operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations of a healthcare-focused technology services company, with primary responsibilities in HR, contract management, and office operations. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, who can effectively manage and improve operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and implement effective training and development programs for employees.
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure smooth operation of office technology and systems.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage budgets for office supplies, facilities, and other operational expenses.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and manage vendor relationships and service agreements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and oversee contract management functions to ensure compliance and alignment with company objectives.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a People Operations Manager, HR Manager, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and increase efficiency.
