Job DescriptionThe role of an Integrations Engineer I plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration of cutting-edge security and technology systems for our clients across the globe. You will collaborate with a diverse team of experts to design, deploy, and maintain integrated solutions that protect and secure critical assets.

This job requires a person who remains professional, organized, detail and task oriented, as well as precise, thorough, and collaborative.
Key Responsibilities:Integrate Systems:
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and solution architects to design and implement complex security and technology integrations, which may include access control, video surveillance, alarm systems, and more.
Global Travel:
- Willingness to travel to client sites nationally and internationally, to oversee integration projects and provide on-site technical expertise. Estimated travel 50% of the time.
System Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to system integration, ensuring that all systems operate smoothly and efficiently.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, integration processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure that integrations meet client requirements and Convergint Federal / SigNet Technologies' standards.
Training:
- Train client personnel on the operation and maintenance of integrated systems, providing them with the knowledge to maximize the benefits of the solutions.
Stay Current:
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring that you are well-informed about the latest advances in security and technology systems.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and customer support, to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations.

Qualifications- High School or GED diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Certifications INST 3 or SRV 3
- Software programming hardware proficiency is strongly preferred in Lenel S2, Bosch VMS, Bosch IDS, DMP, Milestone, CCure 9000, Genetec
- 2 to 5 years of experience managing up to 10 concurrent projects and installer crews.
- Minimum of 2- 5 years' experience with Access Control, Physical Security, Intrusion Detection and Video Management Systems.
2 to 5 years of experience in projects less than 50K per job, system integration, preferably in the security or technology sector. - Proficiency in programming languages, network protocols, and software applications related to system integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including international travel, to client sites. Must have passport or ability to obtain one.
