Job Description
    Certification Details
  • Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date.
  • Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.
  • Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association.
    Job Details
  • COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April.
  • Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children's prior to starting.
  • Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season.
  • Night shift only remaining. Available start dates 12/9, 01/06, 01/13 - All assignments will end 03/29.
  • Experience: 2 years pediatric experience with a combination of CVICU NICU and PICU experience.
  • Level III and IV ICU experience strongly preferred.
  • Children's hospital experience strongly preferred.
    Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Two-year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree.
  • BSN preferred.
    Schedule Information
  • Night shift only.
