    Certification Details
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ONLY! Require as applicable by unit.)
  • BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA ONLY! Require as applicable by unit.)
  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA ONLY! Require as applicable by unit.)
  • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (Require as applicable by unit.)
  • TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course (Require as applicable by unit.)
  • State License 1 Verification (Primary Source Verification must be run within 30 days of start)
  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) (Must be run within 30 days of start)
  • CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute (Required for Behavioral Health & ER Behavioral Health Annex)
    Job Details
  • PCU RN (7 South PCU)
  • 13 weeks
  • 3x12 hour nights, 7P-7A
  • This 24(5) bed PCU specializes in the care of cardiothoracic and vascular surgery and disease conditions, with emphasis on cardiothoracic post-operative patients.
  • Experience with these patients and equipment in the progressive care unit is required.
  • Currently 1:5 ratios for PCU (goal is 1:4)
  • All travelers are expected to float as needed to other PCUs and potentially Med Surg units
    Job Requirements
  • Experience with cardiothoracic and vascular surgery and disease conditions patients required
  • Experience with equipment in the progressive care unit required
    Schedule Information
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Shift: 3x12 hour nights
  • Shift Times: 7P-7A
  • Floating to other PCUs and potentially Med Surg units as needed
    Additional Details
  • I-9 or attestation required.
  • Drivers License/State ID required within 48 hours of signing to confirm more than 100 miles away from contracted facility.
