Job Details
  • Lead and manage complex, high-profile commercial construction projects from inception to completion
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with long-standing clients, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and upper management
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering their professional development
  • Contribute to business development efforts by participating in client meetings and proposal preparations
  • Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Implement and maintain project management best practices and processes
