Salary range: $72,353-$101,294 Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent combination of Associate's degree and experience.
- Strong Microsoft Access skills
- Ability to create and edit Excel formulas
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in assembling data for reporting
- Demonstrated skills in written and oral communication
- Satisfactory work record & criminal/child abuse clearances (Acts 34 and 151)
- Experience creating databases with Microsoft Access front end and SQL back end preferred
- VBA and SQL programming skills preferred
- SPSS statistical analysis skills preferred

Summary Under the direction of the Director of Assessment, the Project Manager Data Analyst/PIMS facilitates educational and administrative activities relating to the maintenance of district databases that involve state reporting and assessment; ensures the integrity of district data sources and assembles data to support the planning processes relating thereto that are consistent with the charge of improving student achievement by performing the following duties personally:
Duties and Responsibilities - Assembles data for state reporting, grant reporting, and other requirements
- Coordinates input of data into the student information system and validates integrity of data
- Works with the student information system vendor to ensure that the student information system configuration meets district needs
- Collects, integrates, and summarizes assessment and demographic data to support district initiatives
- Creates user-friendly databases for collecting district data
- Maintains zone codes and attendance area data in district databases
- Maintains accurate records of data-related projects
- Provides data to district staff as requested pending approval of the Director Assessment
- Provides technical support to district staff performing related work
- Remains up-to-date on current database technologies and state reporting requirements
- Maintains the functionality of existing databases developed by the Office of Accountability
- Supports the preparation of data into the district data warehouse
- Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as may be assigned or delegated by the Director of Assessment or Superintendent
