Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Fitness reimbursement College tuition reimbursement 401(k) Match up to 5% Vacation, holiday, bereavement, and jury duty pay 3rd Shift Position with overtime as required Qualified sanitation operator candidates must be able to perform a variety of jobs, tasks, or duties as required; and must be able to work their bid shift, overtime, and weekends as required. Work with a small team to keep the plant and equipment very clean and audit ready.The tasks required, but not limited to, are general housekeeping, sanitation, and other duties as assigned by supervision.Proper break down of equipment, cleaning, and reassembling pumps, sanitary lines, and line equipment.Operation of CIP skids in addition to breakdown and cleaning of line components.Knowledge of chemical handling procedures including PPE required.Completion on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual MSS items.Communicate with supervisor when equipment needs attention.Report/resolve any observed quality issues while cleaning equipment.Ability to follow GMP and Stratas policies.Facility cleaning including floor, drain, and overhead cleaningAct as back up for sanitation supervisor as neededEnsure CIPs are completed for production needs.Ensure team compliance with GMP, safety, and food safety policiesQualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalentRelated Experience: Previous relevant experience preffered, preferably in a manufacturing environment or commercial cleaning.
