  • Position / Specialty: Outpatient Clinic Cardiology
  • Years of experience REQ: 1 yr
  • First timers accepted: Yes
  • Is on-call REQ? Yes
  • Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes
  • Pending License accepted: No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB
  • RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays
  • Hours: 4x9 hours (7:00am - 4:30pm) w/ Rotating Day Off - or - 5x8 hours (7:30am - 4:00pm)
  • Ratios: 1:4
  • Special Requirements: Cardiovascular experience
    Schedule Information
  • Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr. shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Unit Information: Will consider Cardiac ICU/PCU experience.

  • Locals accepted: Yes. What is the local radius rule? $15 off bill rate for travelers who reside within 50 miles of their assigned IU Health Facility
