This opportunity delivers care at our Community Physician Network, Gastroenterology Care location at 7400 North Shadeland Avenue, Suite 100 in Indianapolis.

 

Highlights

Community Physician Network is seeking a board-certified advanced practice provider to join a well-established Gastroenterology team at our Community Hospital North campus. We are seeking a highly motivated, teamwork-oriented Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, preferably with experience.

 

·         1.0 FTE/ Day Shift / M-F schedule Some weekends/holidays are required

Licensure & Certification

·         Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
