To help us drive excellence, you'll get to: - Inspect parts for quality defects such as open welds, part length and appearance.
- Perform routine & preventive maintenance on machines.
- Follow written work instructions and operator inspection sheets to determine production requirements and part specifications
This full-time, hourly, role is a part of our Clinton team and reports to the Production Supervisor. Required experience: - Ability to read and follow written work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Ability to work independently at multiple stations as a member of the production team.
- Ability to lift/push/pull loads of 10- 30 lbs.
- Ability to work in an upright/ standing position for up to 8 hours at a time.
- Maintain a good attendance record.
- Ability to work flexible schedules.
- Ability to work as a team member.
