A leading company in the manufacturing sector is seeking a customer service representative with technical experience to joing their team.
Responsibilities:
*Take customer calls and enter their purchase orders into the ERP system
*Navigate ERP portals to receive information as necessary
*Create standard quotes to customers.
*Act as a liaison between internal departments, maintaining traceability of customer purchase order statuses.
*Ensure timely resolution of customer problems and concerns.
*Maintain customer accounts and record interactions, taking note of inquiries, complaints, and feedback
*Address customer questions and complaints; forward issues to appropriate staff when necessary.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
*3+ years exp in technical customer service
*Experience with ERP Systems
*Experience with inbound and outbound calls, comfortable on the phone
*Experience with manufacturing would be ideal, but any technical customer service is acceptable
*Experience with MS Office Applications
