Certification Details ARRT BLS required within 60 days of hire Job Details Advanced Medical Imaging position in outpatient care Operates a CT scanner for diagnostic purposes Modifies technical settings for optimal imaging Performs quality inspections and maintenance on CT equipment Job Requirements Graduate of CAHEA accredited Radiology program or equivalent Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Minimum of two years of radiology experience as a registered technologist Eligible for ARRT CT registry Schedule Information Shift work including weekends, after-hours, and on-call as needed Extended periods of sitting, walking, standing during shift Possibility of working beyond standard 40-hour workweek Unit Specific Information CT exams and procedures as requested by medical staff Assistance with radiologist and medical staff during exams Additional Details Minimum 90 miles residency requirement from facility Facility may cancel up to three shifts per 13-week contract due to low census or other factors
