*Assist patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
*Report changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.

Qualifications:
*Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program.
