Fastaff Travel Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Manistique, Michigan. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/30/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel -Required Certs: BLS -2 years of HOME HEALTH/HOSPICE experience required -Shift: 40hrs/wk 10-hour shift – varying days (including weekend coverage) -Days with On Call coverage and potential for call outs after hours -Candidate would have a patient case load to follow (could be between 15-20 patients) Driving to multiple homes in a day. Service area is approximately 1 hour from office. We try hard to group patients into select areas to plan days efficiently -Home care census is 50-60, hospice is 5-10. Very small agency. -Acute and Chronic care management, Post surgical, geriatric, rarely have pediatric patients. -We don't have a firm productivity standard but would expect 5-6 routine visits in a 10hr day. -Use home health notify, communication app with patient and each other to document patient encounters and provide updates to staff -Kinser Wellsky charting system is very easy to learn.
