We close early on Christmas Eve, July 4th and New Years Eve. Job Details We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced LCSW therapist to join our team. This is a full-time position with flexible schedule that offers 5 weeks of vacation time and competitive salary and benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing psychotherapy to patients with a range of mental health issues and will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Responsibilities: Conducting individual psychotherapy sessions for patients with mental health issues Developing treatment plans and goals for patients based on their individual needs Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients Providing crisis intervention and support to patients in acute distress Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation Participating in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans Staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of psychotherapy Qualifications: Must be a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) Minimum of 2 years of experience in community health and psychotherapy Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapy techniques and interventions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards Experience working with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity is a plus If you are a highly motivated and experienced psychotherapist with a passion for helping patients achieve their mental health goals, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
