  • Active and clear state licensure required.

  • Expected to be a part of on-call team during holidays.
  • Must comply with American Heart Association certification requirements for BLS and ACLS.
  • Provide a physical/health statement certifying fitness to work.
  • Maintain updated credentials and certifications on Trinity VMS.
