    Certification Details
  • BLS
  • State licensure as RN
  • ACLS (because the role is in an Operating Room setting)
  • PALS (because the role is in an ED setting and PALS may be required for some ED roles)
    Job Details
  • First Assist in Surgery, EVH experience required, 4 10/hour shifts/week, rotating days, rotating schedules, call required. 30 minute response time for call.

    Additional Details
  • Must be AHA for BLS and PALS
  • Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs

  • Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer. If Negative titer, must have booster vaccine Exemptions are NOT accepted for persons working in: Potential contact with pediatrics/infants, mon-immune pregnant women (L&D areas), non-immune immunosuppressed patients (oncology, transplant, etc.)
