CHI Health Clinic is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join our established practice at 42nd & L Street in Omaha, Nebraska. CHI Health Clinic has primary care clinics across Nebraska and Southwest Iowa.

Responsibilities- Outpatient only
- No Call
- Full-time is 36 patient facing hours per week
- Average of 20-24 patient visits per day
- 4 or 4 1/2 day work week
- Flexible, independent practice style

Qualifications- Minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
- Use of translator services required
- Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from accredited program
- Certification by a nationally recognized certification organization
- Nebraska License required
- Nebraska DEA required
- BLS
Pay Range$56.36 - $65.76 /hour
