Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $30-$35/hour (depending on experience)

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Location: Remote, in CST or EST time zones only

What’s a typical day as a Global Services Fleet Analyst? You’ll be:
• Ensuring drivers' familiarity and understanding of company vehicle policy.
• Issuing fuel PINs as requested.
• Working with regional leadership to understand vehicle needs and requirements.
• Placing vehicle orders with guidance from regional leadership.
• Sending monthly newsletters to drivers with updates and reminders.
• Resolving issues and supporting employees with vehicle-related matters.
• Reviewing and analyzing inventory to optimize vehicle utilization.
• Reviewing and following up on fraudulent fuel charges and accident claims.
• Actively participating in cost savings initiatives.
• Coordinating transportation of vehicles when needed.
• Reviewing and deciding on maintenance repairs for Canada.
• Managing the workflow process and ensuring proper vehicle assignment.
• Reviewing vehicles for replacement and processing replacement requests.
• Managing the DOT program in the US and coordinating with EHS.
• Assisting with telehandler/crane requests and toll program implementation.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required). Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Have a strong understanding of company vehicle policies and regulations.
• Possess excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Have experience with fleet management systems and tools.
• Are detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are familiar with DOT regulations and compliance.
• Have a background in the renewable energy industry (preferred).
• Hold a valid driver's license.
