  • Job Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient
  • Coverage Required: 08-23-2024 - Ongoing
  • Schedule: On-site clinical hours and call if needed
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
  • License: An active Wisconsin state license or IMLC membership is required.
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
  • Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified, and trauma level 3, is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper calls if needed. The facility is in need of coverage Aug. 23-30 and Sept. 16-23. Will have sporadic needs Oct. forward based on perm providers' time off requests.
