Schedule: Regular Clinical Hours + Call
Looking for providers that can provide 2-4 weeks coverage per month

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted WI license OR IMLC
• Board Certification or Truly Board Eligible
• Clean DEA
• Clean Malpractice/NPDB
• BLS Certification

EMR: Cerner
Call Ratio: 1:2 or 1:3
Skills: General Adult Urology, Laparoscopic Surgery, Ureteroscopy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Robotic Surgery, TRUS biopsies, Incontinence procedures, with other preferred skills
