Overview:
Call The Bee is looking to find the best Customer Service Representatives for Full time work. This will include Saturdays. Our CSR team earns regular performance-based bonusesfor providing exceptional service and meeting and exceeding goals.

What you will do:
- Call customers from prior day for quality check
- Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
- Call on customer list to offer promotions
- Follow up on reviews positive and negative
- General inbound customer service
What you bring:
- Previous customer service experience, call center experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Conscientious, team player
- Honesty integrity, a growth mindset and a good attitude
- Call theBee may conduct a pre-employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law
