This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Advisor at CH Jewelers / TimeValle in Arcadia, CA. The Client Advisor will be responsible for client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, customer service, sales assistance, and maintaining interpersonal communications with clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty through the use of CRM tools
- Provide tailored product recommendations based on clients' requirements
- Achieve monthly sales quota through repeat client business and development of new clients
- Develop business growth by focusing on key product pillars
- Collaborate with your co-workers to deliver a seamless and outstanding client experience
Required Qualifications:
- Customer Satisfaction management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong client relations, customer service skills, and outstanding hospitality expertise
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree or above required
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications:
- Native or working proficiency in an additional language other than English
- Prior experience in luxury retail, jewelry industry, or hospitality
- Knowledge or qualifications in luxury watches, jewelry, and/ or hospitality services
