Qualifications: + 5+ years of experience with defect inspection equipment desired. + Experience managing or mentoring engineers + Proven project management ability + Excellent technical, communication, and analytical skills + Proactive and passionate about learning and mentoring your team + We need a leader drawn to creative problem solving and innovative solutions + The shown ability to innovate and drive effective change in an energizing environment + Shown combination of flexibility and tenacity in the pursuit of goals + Ideal candidates will have a solid knowledge of semiconductor optical and electron beam inspection methods and technologies + We desire someone with an engineering or related degree with a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in a 300mm semiconductor environment Responsibilities: + Encourage a safe work environment. + Mentor your team in developing methods of advanced defect detection on leading DRAM development. + Build an environment of continuous improvement process (CIP) demeanor, looking for ways to improve operations, and how to make a difference today + Develop inspection technology roadmaps to drive our internal and external partners enabling a clear path to future memory needs + Manage projects internal to your team and across functional areas. + Direct your team to recognize detection gaps and implement strategies that enable effective monitoring of defect issues. + Develop clear metrics for inspection quality and drive improvements. + Build and improve upon detection techniques and identify new ways to use existing tools in order to identify relevant process issues + We expect active participation in technical meetings and then synthesize from it new opportunities or novel approaches + Collaborate with the global network to develop best known methods and maintain alignment between sites Education: Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or related field.
