PrideStaff on behalf of their client is seeking Customer Service Representatives to assist their clients in Fort Lauderdale. The ideal Customer Service candidates must have previous experience in guiding customers over the phone with any questions they may have in regards to their products. Experience with medical devices is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries by phone and by email
- Assist current customers and potentials
- Ability to be empathetic
- Handle customer needs and complaints by evaluating and analyzing customer requests and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Determine the caller's needs and direct them to the proper department.
- Keeping record of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Qualifications: - Must be computer savvy.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Customer Support experience Required
- Communicate effectively
- Type a minimum of 45 words per minute.
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills that they execute with a calm and empathetic approach
- Ability to quickly learn new software.
- Willing to submit to a background check and a drug screen.
