Job Description

Spherion Waco is seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Service Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on our community.

Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM schedule
Pay Rate is $18 per hour

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming phone calls from WIC participants with care and empathy
Verify and document participant information accurately
Refer participants to the proper departments as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Computer/Data Entry Skills
WIC Experience Scheduling
Fluency is Spanish is preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Previous WIC experience
Must be able to pass mandatory County and State training programs.
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of Customer Service experience
