•Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
•Use a consultative approach to educate customers about insurance and financial options, ensuring they have the coverage and plan that meets their specific needs.
•Connect with customers on a personal level, establishing trust and rapport while understanding their unique needs.
•Cultivating prospective new customers and identifying opportunities to promote our products and services, making a positive impact on our business and the lives of our customers.
•Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
•Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
