Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative
