REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBSTITUTE BUS DRIVER:
1) High School Diploma or GED equivalency
2) CPR/First Aid Certificate (or CHP First Aid Testing)
3) CA Class B Commercial License with "S" endorsement, School Bus Certificate and DL-51
4) 3 months related experience driving a residential route and training
5) Addition to Bus Driver Testing Pool; required to submit to a random drug and alcohol testing under the guidelines of the Department of Transportation Bus Driver Pool
6) Candidate must pass a pre-employment Department of Transportation drug screen and physical
