Our Customer Service team members are passionate about bringing our products to life for our customers and resolving any issues they may have. Melaleuca relentlessly strives to delight our customers and provide them with an optimal shopping experience. Our Customer Service team members play a critical role in creating this world-class experience by answering inbound customer service calls from our customers.
Responsibilities
:
- Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner with a goal of having the customer feeling "delighted"
- Increase average order size using effective-cross selling techniques
- Analyze customer situations and determine which department the customer needs to speak with in order to serve them best
- Accurately place telephone orders
- Work independently and professionally
Qualifications
:
- Able to help customers in English and French fluently
- Proficient in keyboarding and computer skills
- Able to analyze problems
- Able to work fast paced and under stress
- Able to perform essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy
- Able to handle confidential information
- Able to type 30+ WPM
