Job Description
Supports the operations of the gift shops at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Arthur M. Blank and Scottish Rite. Provides outstanding customer service and assists in profitability for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
Experience
- 2 years of experience in retail
Preferred Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Education Certification Summary - No professional certifications required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - PC proficient
- Able to operate cash register, count, and make accurate change
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day and evening shifts, weekends, holidays, and sales events
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to communicate well in person, in writing, and on the phone
- Active listener
- Ability to maintain professional composure in a stressful situation
- Ability to work as part of a team
