Ohel is seeking a talented, self-motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Access Team. Ohel's Access/Intake department is a single point of entry for those seeking the many services and resources available through Ohel. The Access department provides accessibility, relevant information and immediate linkage to Ohel's breadth of services. Responsibilities include providing services to inquiries that come through our Access department and coordinating with the various departments throughout the agency.Additional tasks include processing referrals in our centralized database, follow-up with appropriate services, obtaining and reviewing applicant information, and participating in both in-reach and outreach services. Applicant should possess excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, clinical sophistication and proficient computer skills. BA/BS preferred. Bilingual a plus. This full-time position is located in Brooklyn.Salary: $40,000
