  • Other Details: The facility is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. Includes some Chronic Pain Management. Chart closure within 72 hours, 18 PPD, minimum see 18 PPD. The schedule will be Monday-Friday 8-5. A mix of peds/adults (Will consider IM only).
