Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Accurately handle cash and card transactions, including operating a cash register.
- Ensure order accuracy and timely service.
- Answer customer questions and provide information about menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station.
- Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth order flow.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and a commitment to resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
