Job Summary: As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facilities are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. You will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Change linens and make beds.
• Replenish toiletries and other supplies as needed.
• Remove trash and dispose of it properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Handle basic repairs and maintenance when necessary.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to (insert weight).
