In this role, youll be responsible for building skids to protect our products, ensuring they reach our customers in perfect condition. **What Youll Do**

As a Packager, you will:

+ **Build Skids:** Use hand and power tools, including screw guns and nail guns, to construct skids with precision.

+ **Protect Products:** Ensure a **2-inch buffer zone** around products by assembling plywood around fixtures.

+ **Meet Production Goals:** Assemble up to **10 skids a day** , handling sizes from **32 inches to 48 inches** .

+ **Adapt to Technology:** Utilize your computer skills to prepare for our upcoming ERP system transition in November.

**What You Bring**

+ **Experience:** 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience, preferably in construction or carpentry.

+ **Tool Proficiency:** Skilled in using hand and power tools and reading measurements down to **1/16 inch** .

+ **Physical Capability:** Ability to lift up to **75 lbs** regularly (35-45 lbs frequently) and comfortably bend and twist during tasks.

+ **Problem-Solving Skills:** Independent worker with a knack for solving challenges efficiently.
