Handle a wide range of insurance defense cases from start to finish. 2. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. 3. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. 2. License to practice law in the state of Texas 3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in civil litigation, with experience conducting depositions 4. Extensive experience in conducting hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. 5. Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. 6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex legal arguments. 7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. 8. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards. 9. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. 10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 11.
